• How to discuss financial expectations – gain insights into how to discuss fees, the value of your services, and how to respond to requests for discounts or free work.
• How to deliver news on trademark issues – learn how to communicate bad news related to trademark availability, requirements, USPTO refusals, oppositions, or cancelation actions so your client is informed and supported, and you can focus on the next steps or alternatives.
